Discipline Policy

My discipline policy is based on the Raise Responsibility System by Dr. Marvin Marshall. This approach focuses on using misbehavior as an instructional opportunity to teach students the self-discipline they need to be successful in school and life. You can learn more and access parent information at

Together we can ensure your child uses behaviors and habits that maximize his/her success. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about my discipline practices or interactions with your child.

Taking the time to talk to each other can often clear up any misunderstandings and results in a much more powerful partnership to ensure your child's success both academically and socially.

Come in after school to talk and/or sign up for Bloomz to keep in contact via e-mail or text.

About Me

Hi, I have been working in Rialto School District for the last 21 years.  I once lived here, and raised my children here as well.  My two children both attended Preston Elementary and Kucera Middle Schools where I helped out on the PTA and as a parent volunteer for many years.  I began my love for teaching in Rialto, and have stayed here ever since.  I look forward to another amazing year here at Dollahan and working with you towards your child's success.  I believe that we, as a team, can help your child to succeed. Please feel free to contact me anytime or to volunteer in class.  I look forward to meeting you all. Life is an it!

See you soon!
